Modifying a Reservation

Modify/Cancel Existing Reservation

Find the existing reservation.

You have the option of clicking on it and choosing Cancel or

you can choose modify to change the number of players.

You can also click on it and Copy, then paste it on another day and time. 

Modifying and Changing Group Numbers Up and Down

If you have a group of 16 that needs to become a group of 20, click on the group and modify reservation.

Change the number from 16 to 20, using the drop down, and 4 more spots will appear.  Update Reservation.

If the group decreases in size, say to 8, modify reservation, change the number in the drop down to 8.  Start at the bottom, or the highest number and click the red X, on each player spot you are eliminating. It will stop showing red X’s when you reach the correct amount. Update Reservation.

You can Repeat a Group as well.

Once you click on Repeat Group, another box appears.  Fill in your date range and the days of the week. Then press Validate.

After Validate is pressed, you will see the available times populate.

If those are acceptable, press Proceed and they will all be booked at once.

You also have the option of cancelling the booked groups individually or all at once. 

This message appears first.

If you want to just cancel the one group that you clicked on, press Proceed.  If you want all the groups to be cancelled, check off Cancel Repeat Groups
