How to Book a Tee Time

Step 1: To book a tee time, simply click/press on any block corresponding to the tee time you wish to book. 

Step 2: Select the number of players (top left) and travel method i.e. walk, ride etc (top right)and click on 9 or 18 holes. 

Step 3: Click on the name field and search for the golfer by first name or last name. If searching by first name make sure to place a comma ( , ) and then type the first name. 

Step 4: Be sure all "required" fields are completed before clicking "Reserve". If customer is not found in the database, click the "New Player" tab. Fill out the required fields, then hit save player and then you can reserve the tee time in that players name. 

Notes:

- The system only requires one name to book a tee time. If all golfers names are known, enter them into the tee time for better tracking capabilities. 

- Utilize the "Frequent Player" tab for quicker booking of all golfers in the tee time/group. The customer's "frequent players" will continue to update as the customer plays with additional players.
