Tee Sheet Setup
- Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Open Day
- Choose the Tee Sheet Template Name
- Choose your start and stop dates for that template
- Choose which "nine" you are opening.
- Select if that turns to the back or another nine. If not, simply leave at "Turn without Tracking". This allows you to book 9 or 18 holes without worrying about a turn time.
- Select the "Book Online" box for the nines you wish to be able to be booked online
**If you are a 9 hole golf course who only allows 9 hole play, change this to "No Turns" so 9 holes is the only option to book. If you are a 9 hole golf course and allow 18 holes, you can change the turn nine to the same nine so if someone plays 18 it auto books them in to play again based on the turn time interval in the upper right (Turn Time is in total minutes. i.e 120 is 2 hours)**
- Uncheck Do Not End if you don’t want to book 18 holes after a certain time. This will enable only 9 hole bookings after that time you choose. Again, the check box needs to be DISABLED for that to go into effect.
- Check off the days of the week. Do not worry about your default green fee.
- Click Create Days.
