Go to Management, Master Tables
Select table – Profile
Press New, type Public, fill in Start Booking Days (7)
Press New, type Membership, fill in Start Booking Days (14)
Continue for your levels of Membership.
Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Green Fees
On the left, for each of the Greens Fees you need to create, select your Public, Membership etc and fill in the fees and Save.
On the right side, choose or name a new season. You can set your morning rates, weekend rates, afternoon rates here. Choose that season, then fill in a Start and Stop Time and Choose the Green Fees that you just created on the left. Check off the days of the week they apply to. Click ADD. Then, Save.
Go to Management, Tee Sheet, Apply Green Fees
Choose your date range, the Season and all Nines. Unless you are setting up for a simulator, choose that. Example: Dates December 1-31, Season-after 5 and weekends, All Nines, Apply. The grid you created under Green Fees appears with the fees applied.
