Rates say "Undefined"

What to do if your tee sheet rates say “undefined”

 

If you click on a tee time and the rates come up as “undefined”, go to Management, Tee Sheet and Apply Fees.


Fill in your date range, select your season, choose your nines.  (Be careful not to leave it as “All Nines” if you have simulators as well. 


If your rates are still stating “undefined”, go back to Green Fees and on the right side, pull up your season you just applied.  Make sure the times and days of the week correspond correctly.  (For example, day of week not checked off for weekend rates, morning times starting at noon instead of 6am).
