How to Add a Note to a Player

Go to Customers, Notes

You can add an Alert Note to Pop-up on the Tee Sheet, when the player is chosen, or have an Alert for the Server, Restaurant, Bar, Customer Online, or Kitchen.

Check off the Alert Pop-Up, if needed.  Type your Note and Save.  

You also have the option of typing a general note to keep on the customer profile, a bookkeeping note or a kitchen note.  

Press Save.

For this example, when the player is booked on the Tee Sheet, the Alert   Player Notes is in Red.  Click on the Alert Player Notes, and view the message.
