If your Credit Card Machine is saying it is disconnected
Put a finger at each of the four corners of the screen and press down, to get it out of customer mode.
Click Admin Panel.
Click Internet Connection.
Click on Advanced Configuration.
Click on NetWork & Internet
Click on the Wi-Fi it is connected to.
Click on the “wheel” icon on the right of it.
Click “forget”.
Now, click the Wi-Fi it needs to be connected to again.
Enter your password for the Wi-Fi
Once it is connected again, hit the circle on the bottom (in between the triangle symbol and the square).
On the next screen, click on Card Point in the top left.
Hit the back arrow two times on the top left to bring you to the Exit Customer Mode screen. Press Okay.
Click the power button on right hand side of machine and click restart.
Once restarted, it should by pass the Quick Access screen automatically and go right into Customer Mode.
