Reconnecting Your Credit Card Reader to the Internet

If your Credit Card Machine is saying it is disconnected

1. Put a finger at each of the four corners of the screen and press down, to get it out of customer mode.

2. Click Admin Panel.

3. Click Internet Connection.

4. Click on Advanced Configuration.

5. Click on Network & Internet

6. Click on the Wi-Fi it is connected to.

7. Click on the “wheel” icon on the right of it.

8. Click “forget”.

9. Now, click the Wi-Fi it needs to be connected to again.

10. Enter your password for the Wi-Fi

11. Once it is connected again, hit the back button. 

12. Click on Customer Mode

13. Click okay. 

14. Click and hold the power button on right hand side of machine and click restart.

15. Once restarted, it should by pass the Quick Access screen automatically and go right into Customer Mode.
