How to add a Product to Inventory

Inventory, Product, New on the bottom center.  Name your item.  Assign a Department, such as Pro Shop or Club House.

Assign a category, such as Apparel or Food and Beverages. Departments and Categories can be added on the fly, by clicking the New/Edit button next to each of them. 

Fill in the Fulfillment Center, such as Kitchen.  Fill in your price, check off if tax is included or not.  If not, the tax will automatically calculate. (based on your entries in Course Management, POS). And, check off if Ticketable, Do Not Track if cart fee or greens fee.  If you want the item added to quick order screen, after you save, click Locale.   Find option in center box, and attached to locale you want a “button” for it to appear under in quick order.  

Locale 

 Utiltiies>Workstation Preferences- Make sure your workstation preference >Default locale is set up correctly. If you have the wrong locale, you will not see the correct buttons on quick order.

Inventory, before you pull up a product, Click on Locale.   Select Locale on the left.

Choose the Categories you want to appear for Quick Order by checking them off.   You can add items in the Select Inventory Column.   Save.

(If you do not see your product in the list, log out and log back in)

Once you save the buttons to the locale. Log out and Log in one more time. Go to quick order. You should see the button now. ake sure your workstation preference > Default locale is set up correctly. If you have the wrong locale, you will not see the correct buttons on quick order.
