Issuing a Refund

Go to Daily, Quick Order.

Choose your customer.

Search for the item to be refunded.

When it appears on the right, click on it.

Change the quantity to a minus 1 (-1).

If there was a discount, make sure that you will in that percentage (ie 10% off).

Make sure the amount is correct, press save.

Press continue, then the next continue button.

Choose the method of payment to be refunded.
