How to Enable Account Balance Limits

Step 1. Go to management, course, point of sale and make sure Use Credit Limits IS checked and make sure "no account balances is NOT checked. 


Step 2. Click customers and find the customer you wish to change the credit limit for. 

Step 3. Click the tab labeled "financial"


Step 4. In the top right insert the balance limit number in that applicable field and click save


Step 5. You will now see a box pop up when doing a transaction that takes the customer over that limit


If you do not want the customer to have AR privileges simply leave the balance limit at zero (0)
