1. Go to https://www.teamviewer.com/en-us/download/windows/
2. Click the BLUE Download Now Button. The download will start and you will see it in the top right of your browser. 
3. Default Installation
4. Agree to the terms and conditions and press continue
5. It will then give you an ID and password
6. Please provide that to the support agent upon request
