Delete Tickets and Change Date on Tickets
You can now assign security for Deleting Tickets and Changing the Date on tickets.
Go to Utilities, Security and pull up Roles. On the left side under Utilities & Security, put a check mark next to
Tickets Delete/Undelete and
Tickets Change Date.
Press Save on the bottom.
