Go to Management, Master Tables, Profile.
Click on New
Type in the name of the Profile; the priority box is referring to where you want to see this, in regards to the rest of the profiles in the drop down. Check off Member if Applicable. Check off Pre-Pay exempt if you do not want them to have to pay up front when booking online. Fill in the Start Booking Days and the times if they can only book online limited within certain times. Press Save.
These can now be attached to your inventory items for selling memberships.
Under Inventory, Products, pull up a membership item. On the left side, there is a box for Profile. You can attach the correct Profile to this membership item.
When you ring this item up, a box will appear and ask you to verify the membership start and stop dates. Save, and continue the transaction.
Once you go back into the Customer Tab, you can leave the Profile on the demographic tab to Public, (so it defaults back to this when the membership has expired). If you click on the Additional Tab, you will see in the Profiles Section, the actual profile and the start and stop dates.
Green Fees can be attached to your profiles which are in turn attached to your tee sheets.
