How to cancel a membership
- Go under Customer and change their Profile from Member to Public or Non Member. Save.
- Still under the Customer Tab, go to Financial, then Recurring Billing. Edit this by changing the number of times to be “1” and Interval, monthly. Uncheck Do Not End. Put the amount to 0.00. Save.
3. Under the Additional Tab under Customer, go to Profiles and click on the Profile Name and change the end date to be the cancellation effective date. Save.
