How to Add a Profile to an Inventory Item

Let's say you sell a membership to a customer and now they get discounts on golf. You want them to automacally becoem a certain proflile type when they buy that membership or season pass. 


  1. Inventory
  2. Products
  3. Click the item you sell as a membership or pass
  4. Bottom left, select the profile
  5. Then select default duration of months that the membership or pass is valid for
  6. If it expires end of year, you will have the ability to change the end date when selling it.
  7. Make sure you check off Requires Customer on the right side.

We recommend coming into this item each month and changing it so the last month is always December to help save a click or two. 

When this is charges to the customer, a box will appear to put the start and end date in .

It will then appear on the Customer Tab, under Additional
